Do I need a technician?
Not usually. We deliver, set everything up and sound-check it, so most party and wedding packages are ready to go on the night. For bigger events, or if you'd rather not think about it, add an on-site technician to run sound and lights.
How many guests will a package cover?
Each package lists a rough guest guide. Indoor vs outdoor, speeches vs dancing, and room shape all make a difference, so tell us about your event and we'll recommend the right size.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We're based in Phillipstown and cover Christchurch city and surrounding Canterbury, including Selwyn and Waimakariri. Delivery further afield can be arranged and is quoted separately.
Can you run the whole event for us?
Yes. Through our full event production service, we handle event management, concert and stage production, DJ nights, cultural events, corporate functions and weddings, with crew on the night. See PAD Productions.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can, especially for Saturdays from November to March when weddings, Christmas parties and summer events peak. Last-minute? Ask us anyway.
